Mensuration

In this program students will learn about problems related to mensuration and its various applications. Students will learn about area and perimeter of 2D objects. They will also learn about various surface areas and volumes of solids and compound 3D objects.

• 1) Revision of perimeter and areas of plane figures
• 2) Problems based on areas and perimeters of plane figures.
• 3) Introduction of different 3 dimensional figures such as cylinder,cone,cube,cuboid etc.
• 4 )Surface area and volume of different hollow and solid figures.
• 5) Application problem on Surface area and Volume of objects.
